Overview

The LMO24.255C2 is a microcontroller-based oil burner control box for the startup, supervision and control of forced draft oil burners in intermittent operation. Maximum oil throughput up to 30 kg/h.

The LMO24 control box features: Bridging contact for oil preheater, Monitoring of time for preheater, accurate and reproducible control sequence thanks to digital signal handling, the LMO limits the number of repetitions and has a multicolour indication of the fault status and operational status messages.

If the mains voltage drops below about AC 165 V, an electronic circuit ensures that the gas burner control will prevent burner startup or †™ without releasing fuel †™ lockout will be initiated.

LMO24.255C2 Burner Control Box Applications

The LM24.255C2 control box is designed for the startup and supervision of 2 stage forced draft oil burners with intermittent operation. Yellow-burning flames are supervised with photo resistive detectors QRB..., blue-burning flames with blue-flame sensors QRC... In terms of housing dimensions, electrical connections and flame detectors, the LMO24.255C2 is identical to the LOA oil burner control boxes.

Burner controls have a designed lifetime of 250,000 burner startup cycles which, under normal operating conditions in heating mode, correspond to approx ƒ¬¬ ten years of usage.
