The Elster QA Turbine Gas Meter is a high-precision instrument designed for accurate measurement of gas flow in various industrial applications. Manufactured by Honeywell, this meter is suitable for natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and manufactured gases.
Key Features:
Size Range: Available in sizes from 25mm to 150mm. Meters sized 25mm to 40mm come with BSP male threaded connections and unions, while sizes 50mm and above feature a PN16 flanged connection with a wafer-type design
Measurement Principle: Utilizes a turbine wheel that spins proportionally to the volume of gas passing through, ensuring precise readings. The 7-digit mechanical index is rotatable for easy viewing in both horizontal and vertical installations.
Pulse Output: Equipped with a low-frequency pulse output for remote data transmission to systems like Building Management Systems (BMS). An optional medium-frequency pulse output is available for higher resolution data monitoring.
Durability: Features a compact design with robust construction and self-lubricating bearings, ensuring longevity and minimal maintenance.
Versatility: Suitable for various gas installations, including natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and manufactured gases. Filtration is recommended to protect the turbine wheel from potential damage caused by particles.

Installation Recommendations:
To ensure optimal performance, it's advised to install appropriate filtration systems to protect the turbine wheel from harmful particles. Top hat commissioning filters or permanent pad-style gas filters are recommended.

All orders are processed within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a further email notifying you that it has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates Parcels up to 20kg - £15 to UK mainland only (excludes Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands)
Parcels over 20kg - £65 to UK mainland only (excludes Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands) Shipping rates to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping Rates All international shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Comtherm Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and your responsibility as the customer.
Collection
If you would like to collect your order, please select collection at checkout, and your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within one hour.
Our collection hours are:
8am – 4:30pm Monday-Thursday
8am – 3pm Fridays
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven't received your order within two days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at sales@comtherm.co.uk with your company name and order number.
Refunds and Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@comtherm.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution
