The shopping experience is absolutely fine, any issues are with the courier used, there is no communication stating the time of delivery, this would be fine except you cannot communicate with them to establish if they will leave the parcel, if not to instruct them. The part was needed urgently, so it mean't me hanging around until it was delivered, which hits me in the pocket.
