All orders are processed within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a further email notifying you that it has been
shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Parcels up to 20kg - £15 to UK mainland only (excludes Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands) Parcels over 20kg - £65 to UK mainland only (excludes Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands) Shipping rates to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping Rates
All international shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Comtherm Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and your responsibility as the customer.
Collection
If you would like to collect your order, please select collection at checkout, and your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within one hour. Our collection hours are from 8am – 4:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8am – 3pm Friday
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven't received your order within two days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at spares@comtherm.co.uk with your company name and order number.
Refunds and returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and a restocking fee where applicable (please see our Returns Policy).
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at spares@comtherm.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
