退款政策
RETURN POLICY
1. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days from the delivery date you must contact Comtherm Ltd Customer Service to determine the best course of action. Comtherm Ltd will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Defective units are covered under Comtherm Ltd’s one year limited warranty policy will be replaced at Comtherm Ltd’s cost. See “Returning Products Under Warranty,” below, for information on warranty returns.
2. A copy of the Comtherm Ltd credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Comtherm Ltd invoice may be requested prior to Comtherm Ltd Customer Service issuing a Return Authorisation.
3. Unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Comtherm Ltd reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.
4. A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RMA Number, please visit the following portal:

You will need the order number from the Sales Order (SO-0000XXXX) and the delivery Post Code. Once you have logged in with these details, you will be asked for a reason for the return and the team will approve the request.
5. Upon confirmation of the RMA request a label will be provided for the return shipment.
6. Please clearly mark your package with the RMA Number.
7. A copy of your Order Number should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.
8. Products received without an RMA Number and the required documentation as
specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
9. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.
10. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Comtherm Ltd. Comtherm Ltd is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
11. Returns may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. Depending on the item you request a return for; in order to restock the part in safe condition to be resold testing may be required, to cover these costs, we charge up to 25% of the original value. (Shipping charges may be non-refundable).
12. Funds will be credited within 10 working days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to the above criteria. If you do not receive credited funds within the the above period days, please contact customer services.
RETURNING PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY
1. Defective products are covered by Comtherm Ltd’s one-year limited warranty policy.

You have up to 30 days from Comtherm Ltd issuing your RMA number to return your product to our facility. Products received after the 30 days may be returned to you.
4. The RMA Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
5. A copy of the credit card receipt, and Comtherm Ltd Order Number if applicable, must be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.
6. Products received without an RMA Number and the required documentation as
specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
7. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to you via ground shipment.
8. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Comtherm Ltd warehouse. The product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Comtherm Ltd is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
